Due to the fact that we are a small company, the numbers we are able to make are very limited. Everything is made by hand. Therefore, the delivery time may take a while, though usually a piece will be ready for shipment within several weeks.
If you would like to place an order, please get in touch with us and ask for availability. Some pieces are occasionally in stock. If an item is not available, you can order in advance. Also, we offer a layaway plan for our bears. Please contact us for details. You can e-mail, fax your order, or just call us. Please do not forget your full name, address and e-mail address. We will then get back to you and provide further information.
All of our products come from Germany, so please consider delivery and insurance charges. Overseas customers are advised that all currency exchange and custom charges are at the responsibility of the customer. We accept payment by wire transfer only. Currency is Euro. We will send your order to you on clearance of your final payment.

RETURN POLICY
Upon receipt of your order, please open and inspect it. If  for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us immediately. Should you decide to return you must do so within 7 days of receipt. Please protect your investment by insurance for its full retail price. We will refund the cost excluding shipping and handling, after we have received and determined its original condition. All special editions and custom orders are non-refundable.

PLEASE NOTE that all of our products are intended for the collector. They are not suitable for young children. All sizes are approximate. Colours may differ slightly, due to the image reproduction process used.
